The general terms and conditions

Prices

All product prices are listed in EUR and include value added tax (VAT). Prices are guaranteed for the day of order and are subject to change daily, without prior notice.
Prices "instead" are the old selling prices of items in our stores.

 

Orders - purchase steps

  1. You can order goods 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Before ordering goods, you can edit the content of the order in the shopping cart. You can add products to the cart, change the quantity and delete individual products. If you are sure that you want to purchase the products you have in the shopping cart, click "Place order". If you are buying for the first time, click on the "Create account" button. If you are already registered, enter only your email address and your password. As a registered user, you will be able to view your orders. Check the correctness of the delivery address and your phone number for communication upon delivery of the shipment. In the delivery menu, you can view any delivery costs. Confirm your purchase by clicking on "Order confirmation". You will immediately receive an order confirmation to the email address you entered.
    Some items that are not in stock can be ordered. You can order these items via email or phone and pick them up at our office at the Dooplek wakepark.
  2. Order confirmed - contract concluded. The Provider reviews the order within a maximum of 48 hours, checks availability and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The Provider reserves the right to call the user on their phone number.
    The provider packages and ships the goods within the promised deadline, with the original invoice and any instructions and warranty card attached.
  3. Saving the order or contract The confirmed order or contract is stored in electronic form on the server of Ollie sport doo. The buyer can obtain a copy of the contract by requesting it by email to info@olliesport.com.

 

Payment and fast delivery

For the area of Slovenia and Croatia, the buyer can choose the following payment methods during the ordering process:

  • by cash upon receipt of goods (on delivery)
  • by transfer to the account (of the provider)
  • after issuing a pro forma invoice with a credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa)
  • via PayPal (allows the use of credit and debit cards such as Eurocard/Mastercard or Visa, etc.)

We guarantee immediate delivery (within three working days) of all ordered goods from our stock. All items marked with a shopping cart during your purchase process are currently in stock in our store. An exception may only occur in cases of multiple simultaneous orders of the last items. In this case, the first order placed has priority for first delivery. Of course, we will try, if possible, to also deliver the remaining orders. On the day of delivery, our delivery service will notify you of its arrival via SMS 2-3 hours before delivery.

Delivery is free for all orders over €100, while delivery costs for orders under €100.00 are €5.00 for Slovenia and €10.00 for Croatia.

 

Return of goods

The buyer may return the ordered goods for any reason within 14 days of receipt. It is also sufficient for the buyer to notify us in writing within 14 days that they withdraw from the order, without having to state the reason for their decision. In this case, the unused and undamaged goods must be returned in the original packaging within the next 14 days. The purchase price for the returned goods will be refunded to the buyer's bank account no later than 14 days. Any return costs will be covered by the buyer.
Items that cannot be returned by mail due to their nature will be collected by a delivery service designated by the seller upon the seller's request. The costs of returning the items will be borne by the buyer.

Return of damaged shipments
If the package is damaged, missing contents or shows signs of being opened, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery company (Slovenian Post or DPD). Together we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.

Complaint
If the goods do not have the properties that the seller explicitly promised, if the seller sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, color, or the goods otherwise deviate from the buyer's order, then the buyer can file a complaint. After prior agreement with the seller, it is possible to return the goods by mail, otherwise you can bring them to the store in person.

Warranty
The manufacturer is obliged by law to provide the buyer with a guarantee for the flawless operation of the purchased goods. The buyer can claim the guarantee directly from the manufacturer or its authorized service center. The buyer can claim the guarantee with the warranty card and the seller's invoice.
The manufacturer is obliged to carry out the warranty repair within 45 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise the item will be replaced with another, equivalent and flawless item. The buyer can also claim the warranty from the seller, but in this case the provision from the previous paragraph also applies.
The return of goods under warranty is carried out in accordance with the conditions specified by the manufacturer on the warranty card.
If you want to return the shipment at our expense, this must be agreed upon in advance.

 

Gift certificates

Using a voucher: Inside the basket, which also contains your selected item, you will find a space to enter a gift voucher.
In the code/voucher entry field, enter the ten-digit code found on your voucher.
By clicking the "use code" button, you activate the gift voucher.

If the code is correct, the system will automatically deduct the voucher amount from your order amount.
If the code is incorrect, the system will notify you that you have entered the wrong code.

* You can use multiple gift certificates for a single purchase. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. In certain cases, gift certificates cannot be combined with promotional codes. Gift certificates are redeemable for one year from the date/day of purchase.

 

Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider must confirm receipt of the complaint within 5 working days and inform the customer about the progress of the procedure. The provider is aware that the essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportionality between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.

By purchasing in the online store or by sending a message via the contact form and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I voluntarily give my explicit consent that the company OLLIE SPORT doo, as the controller, may collect and process personal data obtained during the purchase or using the contact form:

  • for the purpose of making a purchase and contacts me by email or phone regarding the purchase/delivery
  • for marketing purposes and contact me by email or phone about other activities related to sales products.

By purchasing an item from the online store and thereby agreeing to the stated terms, I confirm that I am aware of my rights regarding the personal data provided and that, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I have the right to:

  • I request access to personal data,
  • I request the correction or erasure of personal data or the restriction of processing concerning me, and that I have the right to object to processing and the right to data portability,
  • I cancel the advertisements at any time by notifying them by email and/or by following the instructions on the unsubscribe page with a link that is also part of each message sent,
  • I am filing a complaint with the Information Commissioner.

By agreeing to the terms of purchase, I confirm that I am also aware of the following:

  • that the controller will process the personal data provided exclusively for the purposes stated above until I revoke this,
  • that no automated decision-making takes place based on the data provided,
  • that personal data is kept until cancellation.

Emails obtained before May 28, 2018 are stored for the purpose of proof of information or purchases in the event of a legal dispute and are kept for as long as required by law.
